Sara Rozycki is an adjunct instructor for WVU Reed College of Media Online Programs where she teaches event planning. Originally from northern New Jersey, Rozycki recently relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina. Having graduated from the State of New York University at New Paltz with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, and from Johnson and Wales University with a master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Event Leadership. Additionally, Rozycki has considerable experience in the field of public relations and event management.
A qualified professional in event management, public relations, and employee engagement with over eight years of experience working in both in-house and agency settings. Rozycki has a strong track record of building reputations, increasing the growth of diverse industry organizations, and coordinating large-scale events. It has been her privilege to work with a wide range of organizations over the course of her career. These include the New York Rangers, WPLJ 95.5, Apple A Day, and her current position as Lead Communications Manager at Xsolla, a global video game commerce company. She is also a Certified Platinum Level Disney Travel Agent with MickeyTravels.
Rozycki enjoys sharing her expertise with students and helping them gain a thorough understanding of the event planning field that can be applied in the real world.
