Online Graduate Enrollment and Retention Manager

M.S. (West Virginia University)

As the Online Graduate Enrollment and Retention Manager, I oversee the comprehensive process of students pursuing their goal of furthering their education from inquiring about the program until graduation. I am also continuously working on building and strengthening the alumni network for the IMC and DMC programs.

Prior to beginning my career at WVU, I served as Associate Dean for Student Services at Mountwest Community & Technical College in Huntington, WV. I also held several enrollment leadership positions at Argosy University Online Programs in Pittsburgh, PA.

I earned a Doctorate of Education in Higher and Post-Secondary Education and a Masters of Arts in Higher and Post-Secondary Education from Argosy University. Prior to this, I graduated from Robert Morris University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications.

My passion is providing pet therapy to the elderly. My certified therapy dog, Skyy, and I visit patients at the VA Hospital in Pittsburgh and a nursing home in the North Hills of Pittsburgh every Sunday. I also works with both of my dogs in herding, agility and obedience. Additionally, I am an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and attend nearly every home game.
