WVU College of Engineering and Mineral Resources dean’s office seeks a part-time undergraduate intern to work 8 to 10 hours per week this fall to help with public relations, writing and editing, special event management, and miscellaneous other duties as assigned. Will work under the supervision of the director of college relations, who oversees public relations, marketing, and internal and external communications for the College. Write news releases, alumni magazine, web site, and other purposes including college events. Get great experience and portfolio clips, enjoy working in a friendly office. Seeking someone with good writing, editing, and people skills. Pay is $8 an hour to start, will be increased in future semesters for hard worker. Hours are flexible. Job is on the Evansdale campus.
