2010 AEJMC Southeast Colloquium paper and panel submission deadline Dec. 4

The deadline for paper and panel proposal submissions for the 2010 AEJMC Southeast Colloquium is Friday, Dec. 4.

The call for papers and panel proposals is available at the Colloquium Web site at www.jomc.unc.edu/SEC2010. Participating divisions are History, Magazines, Media Law and Policy, Newspapers, Radio-Television Journalism, and Open. The 2010 AEJMCSoutheast Colloquium will be held March 11-13 at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

IRTS offers all expense-paid summer fellowship in New York City

The International Radio & Television Society Foundation, Inc. (IRTS) Summer Fellowship Program teaches up-and-coming communicators the realities of the media industry and business world through a nine-week , expense-paid fellowship, which includes practical experience and career-planning advice. Fellows gain full-time, “real world” experience at New York-based media companies. In addition, the Fellowship provides the opportunity to network with industry professionals, take related field trips, and attend panels, lectures and group discussions.

ELIGIBILITY:
