The successful candidate will be responsible for applying effective recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract bright, motivated individuals to the organization. Ideal candidates will thrive working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Bachelor’s degree with a proven record of success
• 1-3 year of recruiting experience
• Knowledge of HR staffing policies
• Experience in all areas of sourcing (i.e., internet, networking, employee referrals, job postings, job fairs, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Superior organizational skills
• Professional demeanor
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Candidates must be US citizens
