MARC USA will be at the School of Journalism on Friday, February 17. MARC USA is a national, full service, integrated marketing communications firm and they will be coming to the School of Journalism for the following two events.

MARC USA will interview about 10 junior and senior internship candidates in Advertising and Public Relations. Outstanding juniors, seniors and recent grads will be considered for positions in the following areas:

  • Client Services/Account Management
  • Media Buying/Planning
  • Creative – Copywriting, Art Direction, Design, Print or Broadcast Production
  • Interactive/Web Design and/or Development
  • Interactive Account Management
  • Public Relations
  • Account Planning/Marketing Research

Students must currently be a junior or a senior pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field. Previous internship experience is a plus.

The interviews will be in Room 101 on 2/17 between 10:00 AM and noon.

There will also be a Job Seminar discussing tips for looking for a job and a session for writing a resume in Room 205 between 1:00 and 2:30 PM. The content will be relevant to Public Relations and Advertising majors.
