Are you a public relations student that needs to give your portfolio a boost? If so, there are opportunities to gain experience at the Pittsburgh Marathon in the areas of visual communications and media relations. Volunteers will film and photograph the race as well as neighborhood festivals associated with the event for distribution via social media. There is also the chance to volunteer the day before the race at the press conference and media tent.
