Experience “Real World” Global PR for Your Public Relations Capstone Course – PR 459 – 4 Credits
Cap off your WVU PR experience with a fabulous opportunity. PR 459 – the Capstone Course for seniors – will serve as an “agency” for a global health care client located in Italy and will work on an important “real life” project. This four credit hour class will meet weekly in Morgantown throughout the spring semester and travel to Italy during Spring Break.
In Italy, students will experience two unique, but equally exciting regions. These include Spoleto, a small town located in the culturally rich Umbria region and Rome, one of the most historic cities in the world. Excursions during the trip will also include Assisi, one of Europe’s most premiere tourist destinations and the beautiful hill towns and countryside of Umbria.
The travel package, which is priced at $2,900, includes:
- Roundtrip airfare from Pittsburgh
- Ground/Rail Transportation in Italy
- 7 Nights Hotel Lodging
- 9 Meals
- Excursions to Assisi and Umbria
Space is limited and participants will be selected through a competitive application process.
