Position Description:
60% receive and greet visitors to SOJ and assist students/faculty w/questions and general info, answer switchboard telephone and screen calls for the dean and faculty, set and maintain appointment calendar for the dean and arrange meetings, distribute daily incoming/outgoing mail, duplicate and transmit items using copier and fax, type and produce correspondence.
20% Budgetary responsibilities include: stocking, ordering and inventorying supplies; processing travel forms and purchasing airline tickets, processing procurement paperwork, collecting payments for deposit
20% Planning/coordinating events, making reservations, etc., maintaining files and keeping office presentable
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree with one to two years of related experience.
Applicants should have basic computer skills including MicroSoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience directly related to the requirements of the job
is acceptable.
