Apply now for SOJ scholarships

The P.I. Reed School of Journalism invites all SOJ students to apply for scholarships for the 2014-15 academic year. This is an especially exciting time at the School of Journalism as a number of new scholarships have recently been created. Interested students must complete the SOJ Scholarship Application by 4 p.m. on March 21, 2014. Completed applications will be reviewed by the SOJ Scholarship Selection Committee. As financial need is a determinant in scholarship selection, students must also submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

WVU PRSSA and FBA to host 5th Annual Charity Fashion Show

A group of West Virginia University students is bringing the latest fashions to campus to benefit a local youth organization.

The Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) is partnering with the Fashion Business Association to host the fifth annual Boys and Girls Club Fashion Show on Wednesday, March 5, from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Gold Ballroom of the Mountainlair.
