Full-time admitted College of Media students are now able to print using your student ID card at the printers outside of G4 Martin. Students receive $35 toward printing for the semester, which has been placed on your card. Costs to print remain the same as last year and appear below:
- each standard sized B&W copy costs 6 cents;
- each standard color copy, 25 cents;
- each legal sized B&W, 8 cents;
- each legal sized color, 32 cents;
- each 11×17 B&W, 12 cents;
- each 11×17 color, 50 cents.
Please note that when your printing balance gets below 6 cents, you will need to call OIT (3-4444) to clear (zero out) this balance before you can continue to print using your own “Mountie Bounty” funds.
There was a problem with the swipe card technology unit we received for the new 201 classroom, so printing is not yet available there. However, we are hopeful we will receive the replacement part soon! We will alert room 201 instructors when printing is again available on the second floor. Until then, you may use the student lounge and open labs to send your work to the G4 printers.
