Have you always wanted to participate in a flash mob? Well, now you can! The Literacy Volunteers of Monongalia and Preston Counties (LVMPC) is hosting the “Need to Read” Flash Mob Read-In event October 7 at 2 p.m. in Woodburn Circle.
Participants are asked to bring something to read to show support for the battle against illiteracy in West Virginia. Check in to receive a free raffle ticket and proof of attendance to qualify for LVMPC iServe volunteer hours.
