M.A. in Communications with an emphasis in Corporate and Organizational Communication (West Virginia University)

Kisstaman Epps grew up in Pittsburgh and relocated to Charleston, WV in 1995. She loves the country roads of West Virginia. Epps earned an M.A. in Communications with an emphasis in Corporate and Organizational Communication from West Virginia University.

Epps has been a staff member at WVU in various roles for the last 10 years. She is currently an adjunct instructor and teaches non-verbal communications at WVU.

She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated – Gamma Chi Omega Grad chapter. She serves as the chapter’s secretary. She is looking forward to serving as a faculty advisor for Alpha Kappa Alpha Eta Omicron undergraduate chapter this fall. Epps enjoys spending time with her husband and best friend, Dr. Greg Epps, and running in local distance races and nearby marathons. She has a daughter who is a senior at WVU and runs on the women’s track team and a son who is an incoming first-year student majoring in Art Therapy.
