Why did you choose the WVU Integrated/Data Marketing Communications program?
I always wanted to know more about the "why" of campaigns. Why was it performing in a given way? Why did something not work? Looking at the data surrounding a campaign usually reveals that "why" and allows us to make smarter, more actionable decisions and adjustments. The DMC program prioritized that concept.
What was your favorite course in the master's degree program?
My favorite course is a tie between DMC 680 Capstone and DMC 674 Messaging for CRM. Both challenged me and pushed me to apply all of the skills I'd learned throughout the program.
