SOJ alumnus named as a "Top Lobbyist" in Washington, D.C.

Mike FultonWVU School of Journalism alumnus Mike Fulton is considered a “hired gun” on Capitol Hill—and a good one at that.
The Hill newspaper recently named Fulton, executive vice president for GolinHarris, as a “Top Lobbyist” in Washington, D.C.

“Fulton is well versed in the minutiae of the Washington bureaucracy and is adept at finding federal grants for his clients,” the article states.

This is the fourth year in a row that Fulton has received the honor.
In his more than 23 years at GolinHarris, Fulton has assisted energy and environmental companies, associations and academic institutions in achieving their government relations and communications goals.
