“WVU News,” a product of the P.I. Reed School of Journalism, recently launched a new website for the weekly, student-produced news program. Last month, it was named best student newscast in the country by the Broadcast Education Association.
The site provides School of Journalism students another opportunity to publish their work. It includes not only the latest weekly newscast, but also a Producers’ Blog, Twitter feed, student crew information, additional video clips and more.

Ms. Rondeaux will also meet with students, faculty and administrators during her visit.
Before joining ICG in 2009, Ms. Rondeaux was the Islamabad/Kabul bureau chief for “The Washington Post” and has covered criminal justice issues in Maryland and Virginia for the Post where she was part of a team of Pulitzer Prize winning reporters, photographers, and editors who helped cover the Virginia Tech shootings in 2007.

The ideal candidate would be a strong visual journalist with collaborative skills to work with reporters, editors and photographers in the conception and execution of meaningful and sophisticated packages.
