Because so many internship sites are taking longer than usual to make their selections for the upcoming summer, the WVU Reed College of Media will extend the application period for this year’s Student Enhancement Awards. THE DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO APRIL 30, 2015 AT 5:00 PM.
The Student Enhancement Fund provides small awards to students completing a major media market internship or a major-related study abroad program.
Awards are typically between $500 and $1000 and the selection process is competitive.
If you receive a Student Enhancement Award, you will be reimbursed upon your return to campus in the fall, so it is important to keep receipts to document your expenses.
