WV Radio in Morgantown seeks to hire someone to work in their video department. The candidate will:
- Handle live video streams for Talkline, Sportsline, Tee2Green, Inside Shale, High School Sportsline & Friday GameNight. This includes some pre-production work followed by post-production uploads of show clips to Brightcove/WVMetroNews.com.
- Assist in shooting/editing video at home football games (7 to 8 per year), home football media availabilities (25 per year) and home men’s/women’s basketball games (20 to 25 per year).
This is a 30-hours-per-week MAXIMUM position. There is the potential for writing and broadcast cross-training if the candidate is inclined to gain more experience and build a portfolio.
