CBS College Sports Network is currently hiring campus representatives from WVU. Students will gain hands-on marketing experience while working on a variety of campus campaigns. Campus Reps have the unique opportunity to work on initiatives for CBS Sports Network advertisers, CBS College Sports, and all CBS properties.
Throughout the semester, you will actively work on innovative marketing programs. Campaigns may include POWERADE College Intramurals, the Alt Games, Emergen-C, Jack in the Box, promotion of CBS College Sports Network and more!
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with other reps on campus to create and execute strategic marketing plans for each campaign assigned
Spread the word on campus with promotional events, online viral networking, viewing parties and giveaways
Summarize, report on, and successfully capture your work (reports, screenshots, and pictures)
Promote CBS College Sports Network
QUALIFICATIONS
Work well independently and in teams
Be reliable and organized
Have strong communication skills
Be active and familiar with social networking websites (Facebook, Twitter, AIM, etc.)
Own a quality digital camera with video and sound capability
Be involved on campus (Greek life, social organizations, student groups, etc.)
Have an interest in communications, marketing, sports and/or social media
HIRING NOW FOR POWERADE COLLEGE INTRAMURALS
The POWERADE College Intramurals program runs during the intramural flag football season. This campaign combines on-site and online initiatives. During weekly POWERADE sampling events at intramural flag football games, Campus Reps educate intramural athletes on the benefits of POWERADE and promote the programs social networking website – www.cbsintramurals.com/powerade.
Students with experience playing intramural sports are encouraged to apply.
COMPENSATION
Students will receive an hourly stipend payment on a per-project basis. Each campaign is assigned a varying amount. College credit is also available.
