APPLYING FOR GRADUATION:
Students planning to graduate in May or August 2010 must complete an application packet by Feb. 1, 2010.
Undergraduate students can download the application packet and find details about the May Commencement ceremony on the SOJ May Commencement web page.
Master’s degree candidates should visit the website for details about ceremony. MSJ candidates should contact Dr. Steve Urbanski about the application process. MS-IMC candidates should contact Shelly Stump.
RSVP FOR THE CEREMONY:
All candidates planning to attend the SOJ May Commencement ceremony must complete an online RSVP form.
The deadline for the RSVP form is April 9, 2010.

GRADUATION WORKSHOPS:
Students seeking May or August graduation should attend one of the SOJ’s Graduation Workshops. During the workshop, the SOJ Advising Center will review graduation requirements, share application deadlines and answer student questions. The sessions are scheduled for:
Jan. 20, 4-5 p.m. in 103 Martin
Jan. 26, 4-5 p.m. in 101 Martin
