This unpaid internship is open to college or graduate school students or recent grads in related fields. Intersport is a business consulting company dedicated to exploring the vast transformation of journalism on the web. They are looking for an intern with a background in journalism to help write news articles, research, fact-check, proofread and write lists. Interns have the opportunity to gain college credits as well as gain experience while learning what a career in his/her field may bring.
Skills student will develop:
- Create/Edit articles or blog entries for our sites.
- Edit/proofread site content
- Help build more content sharing relationships with related sites.
- Post content from experts and content sharing relationships.
- Look for photos to accompany articles/blog posts.
- Expand social reach of our sites by posting content onto other sites.
- Link building (inbound linking strategies) to increase readership of our content and increase users.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent Grammar and Spelling
- Oral and Written communication skills
- Outgoing and enthusiastic
