The Society of Professional Journalists offers two paid internships every summer – one intern works in the organization’s headquarters in Indianapolis, and the other works in the offices of the Society’s First Amendment legal counsel in Washington, D.C.
Interns research and write about freedom of information issues and may assist with SPJ programs and initiatives, the Society’s Freedom of Information Committee and the First Amendment legal counsel’s annual Freedom of Information Report.
