Key Responsibilities:

·Develop and implement leading edge online marketing strategies for our brands.
·Assist in strategic planning of the annual integrated marketing communications plan.
·Manage the day-to-day planning, development, execution and marketing of all aspects of digital communications to support our corporate and brand marketing initiatives including activities with display ads, search, social media, mobile, e-newsletters, website design, site traffic reporting and emerging digital channels.
·Manage website activities such as online marketing campaigns, online advertising, web promotions, email campaigns, e-newsletters, website design, graphic design, site traffic reporting and other related projects.
·Direct agency partners on creative execution for all online marketing campaigns (including design, layout, copy and user experience). Ensure message consistency throughout campaigns and promotions.
·Lead online marketing initiatives between various internal groups (such as marketing, promotions, advertising and PR) and external agencies (web agencies and online partners).
·Explore, evaluate and advocate best practices and new industry trends. Recommend opportunities for increased online branding and traffic generation ideas.
·Provide reports for site traffic trends, online marketing and advertising campaigns using tools/services such as Omniture, Hitwise, Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
·Ensure compliance with Company’s digital strategy as well as applicable standards and guidelines across all web properties.

Education:

·BA/BS degree in related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Requirements:

·3+ years in digital marketing is required. Must have experience in wide range of existing and emerging digital channels (including social media, i-media, search, mobile, etc). Minimum three years of experience in Food/CPG industry in a supervisory role is preferred.
·Must have experience in managing multiple digital channels (such as websites, search engines, social media, blogs, display ads, webcasting, email, and mobile).
·Must have experience in the development and implementation of integrated digital strategy across multiple marketing channels (e.g. advertising, PR, brand marketing, sales). Must be media-savvy and knowledgeable about the latest trends.
·Must be highly organized, proactive and detail oriented with a track record of successfully delivering and managing projects on time and within budget.
·Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams in a fast paced environment while driving innovation.
·Proactive and highly motivated self-starter with a results oriented and goal driven mindset.
·Strong quantitative and analytical skills are required. Able to convert data into user-friendly reports and presentations. Ability to understand and translate complex concepts and technical information into practical marketing language.
·Creative and conceptual thinker.
·Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage shifting priorities.
·Computer skills are necessary including: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
