The WVU Mountainlair is seeking interns to help plan, promote, and advertise Mountaineer Idol. Interns will create weekly flyers, posters, advertisements and scripts. Interns will film and participate in judging requirements for Mountaineer Idol. Other duties include serving as the liaison with the programming unit and Mountaineer Idol contestants and assisting with planning, working, and helping the Mountaineer Week Committee.
Students must be a major in Advertising, PR, Marketing, or Graphic Design. Interested students should have experience using a digital camcorder and editing software. Students with website experience and graphic design experience are preferred. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Publisher required. his position is available for the Fall Semester only and will require no more than 20 hours per week.
