Leadership West Virginia, now in its 21st year of service, identifies and develops emerging leaders from various state employers. These top-quality individuals are recognized not only for their leadership skills, but for civic engagement and public affairs experiences, as well as established professional careers.
This year, the class will have the opportunity to amplify their leadership skills by traveling to eight communities in West Virginia. During these visits, the class will gain an understanding of key issues concerning the state. These topics include economic development, education, healthcare and government.
