We’re on the search for an outstanding project manager that can lead a team through the ins and outs of product design and development, and ultimately to a smooth delivery and launch. You’ll spend your days working with senior project managers to align the efforts of a team of designers, engineers and testers with the needs of high-profile clients. If the following sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
– You’re a planner. You have a knack for creating detailed project roadmaps and can effectively meet milestones and delivery dates.
– You’re a stickler for the details. You love an impeccable web experience, one that appears visually polished and thoughtfully executed.
– You have a bias toward action. Seeing the early stages of a working application drives you to charge ahead, and you can inspire a group of creative folks to put their ideas to the test in sketch or prototype form. You prefer action over endless meetings and discussions.
– You’re an expert communicator. You’re a pro at communicating with everyone involved in a project. This includes an internal team of visual/UX designers, engineers, testers, project managers, as well as a group of diverse clients and project stakeholders.
– You care about people. You know what it takes to keep a team happy and productive. You have a sixth sense when it comes to team morale and can clear up conflict or miscommunication as soon as it arises.
This isn’t your first rodeo. You have proven experience working with web applications and you’re familiar with the typical lifecycle of a digital project. You’ve interacted with clients and know what it takes to keep them happy.
You’re kind of a geek. You’re excited to be working in this industry and you keep up on the latest digital trends.
