WV Press Association Foundation internships and scholarships

The West Virginia Press Association Foundation is accepting applications for 2013 Summer Internships and 2013-14 Scholarships. If awarded, the WVPAF provides both funded and unfunded internships at newspapers across West Virginia and scholarships ranging from $500 to $1,000.

The programs are open to journalism majors and students in related fields such as business management, human resources, advertising, social media and marketing. Preference will be given to students in at least their sophomore year of college.

Application deadline is May 1, 2013, but the WVPAF may accept applications a few days after the deadline. Downloaded the application now!
