WVU Dining Services seeking an intern for Fall 2013 and Spring 2014
WVU Dining Services is now accepting applications for a PR intern to assist their Public Relations Manager.
Interns will gain experience in:
-Crafting and disseminating press releases
-Developing advertising campaigns and working with local advertisers
-Creating promotional materials in response to campus needs
-Editing and maintaining web content
-Using social media for public relations, marketing, and research purposes
The ideal candidate is creative, motivated, and a quick learner. Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is preferred, but not mandatory. Juniors and seniors are invited to apply. Interns will be paid $9/hr and receive one free meal per shift. Start date for the internship is August 19, 2013 and is located in Lyon Tower on the Evansdale Campus.
