The School of Journalism’s online graduate program in Integrated Marketing Communications will offer a series of four online professional development courses this fall. These classes will help communicators brush up on best practices in today’s changing media environment.
The first class, “Social Media Tools and Techniques,” will be offered Aug. 5 through Sept. 9. Participants will learn about monitoring and engaging consumers through social media by examining tools, techniques and strategies within effective social media campaigns.
“The Importance of Web Analytics and Search Engine Marketing” will be offered Sept. 9 through Oct. 14. Participants will learn tools and techniques for measuring traffic, engagement and impact of online information.
