SOJ students featured on C-SPAN morning program

 C-SPAN busThe C-SPAN bus is making its Big 12 tour this month. On January 14, it stopped in Morgantown. Two SOJ students appeared on C-SPAN’s morning program, “Washington Journal,” where they asked questions to Rep. Nick Rahall (D-WV). Samantha Runyon, a public relations senior from Charleston, W.Va., asked for an update on the construction of the long-overdue King Coal Highway, and Bryan Bumgardner, a journalism senior from Quiet Dell, W.Va, asked about Rahall’s recent vote on clean water as it related to the chemical spill in Charleston.
