The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Marketing department. He or she assists with database maintenance, departmental projects and resort promotions as needed.
Duties
- Assist the Marketing Managers and Director of Marketing as needed
- Maintain the Department’s Office Supplies
- Prepare and process Expense Reports and Check Requests as needed
- Responsible for Daily Mail / UPS Runs
- Assist the Nemacolin Sales Departments with print, design and account requests
- Responsible for preparation and distribution of the “Bird In The Hand” – resort wide communication collateral
- Responsible for research, submission and logging of resort prize letters
- Assists with Companywide Signage Program –
- Including but not limited to – Kiosks, Rt, 40, Directional Signage, Shadow Boxes, Etc.
- Assist with maintenance of extensive resort databases and records
- Assist all members of the Marketing Team with any duty necessary to maintain consistency and efficiency for the Resort
- Assist with planning, marketing & executing resort Special Events
- Assist with department / resort mass mailing efforts
- Assist all members of the Marketing Team with any duty necessary to maintain consistency and efficiency for the Resort
- Assist the Marketing team with proofing various collateral pieces
- Basic Administrative duties including, but not limited to, telephone communication, filing, etc.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Publisher).
- Must be reliable, work well under pressure, and able to consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Post secondary education preferred.
- Must be able to speak English
