The WVU Reed College of Media announces the 7th Annual Golden Quill Teaching Award. The purpose of the award is to reward outstanding teaching, mentoring, and advising in the College. The award is based solely on student nominations. This is YOUR chance to recognize a teacher who has had a positive impact on your education in the College of Media. One award will be given each year for full-time faculty and/or visiting professors
Thanks to your votes, last year’s winner was Dr. Rita Colistra! Because she won in 2014, she is not eligible for this year’s award. Therefore, her name is not listed on the nomination form.
Please take the time to nominate an outstanding professor. You may only vote once, and you will need to log in with your MIX account information. Make sure you hit the submit button at the end of the form.
Voting will run from Monday, Mar. 9, through Friday, Mar. 20. It will resume after spring break and will run from Monday, Mar. 30, through Friday, Apr. 10.
Winners will be announced at the Spring Awards Ceremony and on the College of Media’s website.
