Applications for Mr. & Ms. Mountaineer are now being accepted. This prestigious award honors one male and one female student who has record of academic achievement and extracurricular involvement.
All applicants must complete the 2015 Mr. & Ms. Mountaineer online form, submit (1) recommendation letter from a WVU faculty or staff member and submit a $20 entry fee.

All applications must be submitted by Wednesday, September 16 at 4:30 P.M.
All applications must be completed online. The $20 application fee and recommendation letter must be turned in to the Mountainlair Administrative Office by 4:30 P.M.

ELIGIBILITY
All undergraduate applicants must have senior academic status and must be completing their last semester by May 2016. All graduate applicants must complete their last semester on campus by May 2016.
Please note students must be available to attend the scheduled interview session and Mountaineer Day football game, if named as a finalist.
JUDGING INTERVIEWING
A panel, that will select five male and female finalists, will review the applications. A second panel of judges, who will determine the winners, will then interview these finalists.
The Mr. Ms. Mountaineer review panel will meet to determine the 2015 finalists. Mr. Ms. Mountaineer interviews will take place on Monday, September 28. Interview times will be scheduled
between 4:30 p.m. 9:00 p.m. so please make sure you are available during this time.
GAME DAY INFORMATION
Finalists will be presented and winners announced during the WVU vs. Texas Tech (Mountaineer Day) football game, on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015.
