Political Strategist Jeremy Bird to speak on campus Nov. 10

On Tuesday, November 10, the Pi Lambda Phi Jewish Lecture Series will feature two presentations by Presidental Campaign Strategist Jeremy Bird on the West Virginia University campus. This presentation will focus on some of his experiences and observations with Israeli elections. This event is free and open to the public. A reception will follow the presentation.

One of the brightest young strategists in American politics, Jeremy Bird has worked for such high-profile clients as President Barack Obama and Senator Cory Booker on their political campaigns. He co-founded 270 Strategies, a political consultingfirm with clients worldwide. During the 2015 Israeli elections, he advised the groupV15, which nearly defeated Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. He also founded iVote, a Super PAC dedicated to helping Democrats win Secretary of State races, and he consulted the “Ready for Hillary” Super PAC campaign to promote Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential bid.
