As part of the celebration of the 50th anniversary for the National Endowment for the Humanities, WVU will hold a panel event, “Movements of Peoples: Past, Present and Future,” on Monday, Nov. 9 at 6 p.m. at the College of Law Events Center. This panel will examine the current refugee crisis and will feature a keynote address on Europe’s refugees crisis in historical perspective by historian G. Daniel Cohen, Associate Professor of History at Rice University and author of, “In War’s Wake: European Refugees in the Postwar Order.” A downloadable flyer about the event is available online.
